We use DHL or Fedex for express shipping.
We endeavour to dispatch your items within 3 working day of placing your order by standard mail unless otherwise specified for pre-order items. Working days are considered to be Monday to Friday excluding UK bank holidays and national holidays. A dispatch advice will be sent by email when the order is dispatched containing an estimated delivery date. Any date given is an estimate only and could be affected by adverse weather conditions, the weight of the order or delayed by postal or Customs entry procedures among other causes.
Dispatch times may be slightly longer suring busy sale periods.
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of being shipped we will refund the full total of your order.
The customer is responsible for any import duties and tax.
DHL are currently reporting higher import tax rates in Europe & Canada, please be mindful of this before shopping.

You are entitled to a full refund providing you email us within 14 days of receiving your product.
Please note you must recieve your parcel first before applying for a refund. Our returns address is different to that of our shipping address.

KNITWEAR
Please only hand-wash your knitwear and crochet using only a mild or knit detergent in cool water, or dry cleaning.
Washing can result in colour bleeding on our brightly coloured crochet styles.
D0 NOT IRON, MACHINE WASH OR TUMBLE DRY
To keep your knitwear in the best condition, do not hang as this stretches the fabric, please fold instead.
SWIMWEAR
Hand wash only
No machine wash or tumble drying
Dry in the shade and not in direct sunlight.
LINEN
We reccomend hand washing our linen styles or a low temperature gentle machine cycle. Use mild detergents to protect the fibres.
Linen does get softer with more washing and wear.
DO NOT TUMBLEDRY
Our sizing is a general guideline to sizing but we recommend looking at each individual product details as our silhouettes vary in size and fit.
